Produced a company-backed charity golf tournament benefiting individuals with spinal cord injuries. Designed to be both inclusive and mission-forward, the event combined sport, hospitality, and advocacy in a thoughtful and well-executed experience.

• Managed all guest communications—before the event through strategic outreach, during via a streamlined digital deployment method, and after through a post-wrap report for stakeholders and curated content for guests

• anaged logistics from course layout and registration to branded guest materials across Wynn Golf Course & Hotel

• Oversaw on-course signage and sponsor activations

• Produced audiovisual elements for welcome reception and cocktail hour

• Prioritized accessibility in venue selection and course adaptation
