Produced while serving as Director, Events & Partnerships at Wings for Life

As part of my role at Wings for Life, I founded and chaired Red Bull’s LGBT Employee Resource Group, leading community-focused initiatives that aligned with the brand’s mission and culture. One highlight included producing a Pride activation in partnership with the on-premise account team and Gym Bar in West Hollywood. The collaboration blended nightlife, advocacy, and brand engagement in a space that authentically resonated with LGBTQ+ audiences.

Key Contributions:

• Sourced and secured venue; served as liaison with property owners on logistics and compliance

• Managed full event production including run-of-show, A/V, and guest speaker logistics

• Created branded marketing assets and a custom RSVP website

• Led inclusive invitation strategy to ensure cross-departmental engagement

• Integrated livestream capabilities to include remote participants

Results:

• Featured speaker streamed company-wide to maximize accessibility

• Strengthened internal culture and DE&I visibility
