Led the full production and creative direction of a high-impact charity gala, delivering a seamless and mission-driven experience from concept to curtain call. Oversaw branding, celebrity engagement, content development, and guest experience to create a cohesive narrative and lasting impression.

• Developed and executed the full stage show: scripting, video production, and run of show

• Directed honoree content, including tribute packages

• Managed stakeholder alignment on creative and program flow

• Executed branded sponsor activations and fulfilled partnership deliverables

• Designed premium guest experience from entry to exit

• Managed all guest communications pre-event, during via digital deployment, and post-event through wrap reports and follow-up content
